BlueSeal operates as a service coordination and referral platform. Our role is to connect customers with independent, third-party contractors who provide plumbing and related trade services.

Our Role

BlueSeal does not perform plumbing, construction, repair, or installation work. All services arranged through BlueSeal are carried out by independent subcontractors who operate their own businesses and are not employees, partners, or agents of BlueSeal.

Contractor Responsibility

Each subcontractor is solely responsible for:

• The quality of workmanship

• Compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations

• Holding any required licenses, permits, or certifications

• Carrying their own insurance, including liability insurance

• Any damages, repairs, defects, delays, or losses arising from their work

BlueSeal does not supervise, control, or direct how subcontractors perform their work.

Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• BlueSeal is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from work performed by subcontractors

• Any claims, warranties, or issues related to the work must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the service

• BlueSeal does not guarantee outcomes, pricing, timelines, or workmanship

No Warranties

BlueSeal makes no express or implied warranties regarding services provided by subcontractors, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or workmanship.

Customer Acknowledgement

By booking or proceeding with services arranged through BlueSeal, you confirm that you understand and accept that BlueSeal’s role is limited to coordination and referral only, and that all responsibility for the work lies with the independent contractor.
